Yes, we offer pro-rated refunds on most services, unless otherwise stated.
 
The amount of refund will not appear in accounts in real time. Funds will appear in accounts within 24 hours.
 
The refunds will be credited to the account and can be used for additional hosting services.

Then same day we close deploy, because not satisfied service.

please contact the billing department and they will look into this matter. Refunds are not instant and could take a few days depending on the payment method.
